The Brief

To come up with a full catering offer in a new build catering facility which is part of an expansion for this software company, taking on site numbers from around 300 to over 1,000 eventually.

The Design

Because of the numbers who will eventually be using this, the main servery was designed a “food hall” style of facility to allow free movement. It incorporates cold grab and go, salads, cold deli, a hot counter and a chef’s theatre.  There was also a separate coffee bar offering cold snacks and pastries.



This front and back of house installation was complete as per our schedule and to the satisfaction of the client.
