Two British companies working together to deliver manufacturing expertise and energy efficiency in the commercial kitchen environment with Ecochef.
For the last 5 years, Ecochef from Bamber Bridge in partnership with manufacturers Promart of Knowsley have been designing and installing energy efficient, induction cooking suites for clients from small independents, Michelin starred restaurants and large educational facilities.
By way of showcasing how they are creating these suites and the sustainable kitchens around them, they hosted an open day on Wednesday 21st September 2016 at the manufacturing site in Knowsley.
