CHR Equipment designed and installed The Star’s kitchen in its hotel prior to its success; The Yorke Arms’ kitchen was installed in 2002, a year before it won its star, with the central cooking stove/ island range being hand built by CHR to chef Frances Atkins’ own specification, and is also annually serviced (by the same engineer who originally fitted it).
